Itinerary

• Uxmal

We will explore one of the most refined and enigmatic Mayan cities: Uxmal, a jewel of the Puuc architectural style. Unlike other sites, its decoration reaches extraordinary levels, with intricate stone mosaics representing the rain god Chaac and complex geometric patterns that are truly captivating—especially when experienced in a calmer, well-managed visiting schedule. As we walk through its structures, such as the Pyramid of the Magician and the Nunnery Quadrangle, your guide will share the stories, myths, and knowledge that gave life to this city, where the harmony between architecture and nature is simply remarkable.

• Kabah

We will continue to Kabah, a more intimate yet equally fascinating archaeological site. Its most iconic structure, the Codz Pop or “Palace of the Masks,” is adorned with hundreds of representations of the rain god, creating a striking and unique visual impression. Here, the atmosphere is quieter and more introspective, allowing you to appreciate the details and energy of the place without interruptions or crowds, in a much more contemplative setting—an ideal complement to understanding the complexity of the Mayan world.

The tour ends taking you back to your hotel in Merida City
