We will start the day in Valladolid, a city that invites to be walked calmly. Its streets, full of color and tradition, reflect centuries of history and a deeply rooted identity. We will visit its historic center, where our guide will share stories about its colonial past and its importance in the region, while you enjoy a relaxed and authentic environment.
• Ek Balam
We will continue to Ek Balam, one of the most impressive and less crowded archaeological sites of the region. Its name means “black jaguar”, and from the first moment a special energy is perceived in a site that allows a much more personal experience. Here you will have the opportunity to climb one of its main structures and contemplate the jungle from above, while our guide explains the details of its reliefs and the history of this ancient Maya city.
The tour ends taking you back to your hotel in Merida City.
