Santa Prisca temple in Taxco

We’ll visit Taxco, a magic town famous by its gold, silver, tin and iron deposits. In detail, we’ll see the temple of Santa Prisca, built in baroque style between the years 1748 and 1758. We’ll watch a building from XVIII century, an architectural, sculptural and painting prodigy, and of course, we’ll walk along the colonial streets of this town and we’ll have the opportunity to see silver handicrafts, the symbolic mineral of this place.

Guillermo Spratling Museum in Taxco

Here you can watch archeological representative objects from five cultural regions of Mesoamerica and see an historic semblance of the city. The museum has a space focused on silversmith and the local religious festivities.

(The museum is opened every day of the week, except Mondays).

Taxco cableway

This brief ride is one the activities more recognized in this magic town, you can enjoy the panoramic of the city, the whiteness of the houses adorned with red bricks.

After this, we’ll go to take our meal in one of the better restaurants of the place.

The tour ends going back to Mexico City, taking you back to your hotel.
