If you have changed your plans, you can cancel up to 24 hours previous to the start of your tour (Mexico City time). Very important: write us to hola@btuvi.travel from the e-mail address you booked your reservation and you’ll receive your refund in your credit card, minus if that was the case the commissions your bank and/or other intermediaries have applied.
Take notice that it’s not possible to change or modify a special event, like a hot air balloon flight, a lights & sound event, temazcal, spa, lucha libre, skydiving, hang gliding, paragliding, sailboat or yachts.
